This is the cool sketch that I played with this weekend This is the layout that I put together 

and this is the web site that I am linking to http://www.letsgetsketchy. it is starting to look alot like spring in this part of the world and daylight saving started today so that means more daylight hours which is a good thing bring on summer. I was under the impression that now the girls netball was finished I would have more time to scrap and would get at least two layouts a weekend but this is not happening oh well I am doing alright with one and I am slowely making a dent in my stash so it all good. thanks for looking and the cool comments that you guys leave. The challenge over at http://challengemehappy is to make your own embellishments. I had lots of fun with this challenge. A quick search on the net and I knew exactly what I was doing. I am pretty pleased with the final product  and yeah I used up some of my growing supply of ribbons. here is what I did

I think that I have complied with the challenge to add a little floral to this layout for the website http://southerngirlschallenge I enjoyed going through my flower stah and colour co ordinating the flowers and I am quite impressed with the layout. here is what I came up with

haven't done a challenge for this site for a while but I have still been checking and now that my saturdays are not fill of netball any more I will have more time to play so look out. Thanks for looking KIRSTY 

Garden ornament

sewing is the challenge at http://challengemehappy I was thinking about using the machine but then I had this brainstorm about doing a patch work style layout. I spent along time hand stitching all the square but I am pretty pleased with the final outcome. loving the green and pink combination and another old photo scrapped so all good

off too the daffodil farm this afternoon although a bit windy will take some more cool photos to scrap thanks for looking Kirsty

Had fun with this sketch as always. Finally got to use silhouette shapes and these were fairly old photos of an awards night mum and dad went to. So it feels great to be using some older stash. thanks for the sketch Kirsty
